Maggi’s Treasures
Working at a thrift shop (Hope Center), I’ve seen some incredible things come through our donations. Here are some of the top finds from the last decade.
A Liechtensteiner calculator, similar to the donation.
The German violin with gut strings.
This German violin dates to 1781.
Not pictured: The (possibly Italian) violin, possibly from 1684.
Draft papers from the Great War.
Not pictured: The 18k gold emerald and diamond ring.
The rolltop desk with unintentional bonus donations.
This is the very drawer that once contained $5,000 cash. Oops!
Brent and I discussed the above on episode 68 of Adventures with BAM.
