Easter 2025, etc.

Easter was a delightful whirlwind! We started with brunch and an egg hunt with my side of the family. My brother, sister, and I all had our kids in clusters (2018 and December 2020 – June 2021), so Darius and Torin have three cousins their same ages. It makes for a great time hunting Easter eggs, and a challenge getting them all to sit still for a photo at the same time.

After brunch, we did Easter dinner with Brent’s side of the family and the boys had a wonderful time playing with their older cousins! Another egg hunt (indoors this time, as it had started raining), and Easter baskets rounded out the evening. Our hearts were so full after getting to celebrate with so many people we love.

Editor’s note: It is only somewhat easier to wrangle the older cousins for a photo.

And on Monday, we dropped the boys off for a play date with friends so we could surprise Darius with a bedroom upgrade.
